There are too many variables in relation to car body repairs, so we actually need to look at your vehicle and the total level of damage before we are able to accurately give you a cost along with a time frame. In the event that the damage is extensive, you would receive the quote by e-mail within 24 hours.
Can the quoted cost for my vehicle repairs alter?

Our quotes are determined by visual examination of the vehicle. Sometimes we may find more damage when we dismantle the vehicle. If this happens, we will let you and/or your insurer know about any variations. Another cause of variation, which is rare occurrence, is that parts prices (which were correct at the time of quoting) have changed by the time we purchase and install them.

How much time will my vehicle repair take?

We will give you our best estimate when you will have your vehicle back and try very hard to meet that timeline. We will of course let you know as quickly as possible if there are any delays in returning a vehicle to you.
